Want to make a return for an order placed within the U.S.?
Return Policy
We truly hope that you love everything in your order, just as many of our customers do! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as expected. Items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14-days of purchase. Please see rules listed below.
An item may only be returned if it is sent back:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
Items cannot be returned after this 14-day timeframe, NO exceptions.
Items are available for refund to the original payment method.
Returns are subject to an $5 handling fee. This fee covers the cost of the return label along with the handling materials and repackaging costs. This fee may be waived if you return in person to our store within the 14 days.
Exchanges will only be handled on a case by case basis in our in person store.
Marino Kids is not responsible for return items lost in transit. For assurance, we recommend obtaining a drop-off receipt from the carrier.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Marino’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.
International Orders
All international shipments (addresses outside of the US) are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund due to additional freight and duty costs.
Returns on Sale Items
Orders placed within the context of sale may be eligible for exchange or return.
Items purchased in our big year sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and others) are marked at high discount, are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
Items that are personalized are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
All international shipments are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return.
All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for store credit, refunds, or exchanges.

Gift Returns
Any gifted items that fall under the parameters of returnable good outlined above are eligible to be returned for an exchange and require the original purchaser’s name and order number. This helps us to confirm the items were purchased from our site.
Gifts need to be exchanged within the 14 days of purchase and at our in person store.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments before or after a sale period on any orders, no exceptions.
Please note that in the occasional event that we do have a sale, we do our best to market this on all of our external channels to make it known prior to the event. The best way to make sure that you always know about an event is to opt in for email notifications on the site or to check our Instagram account @marinokids.
Shipping Policy
Marino Kids is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.
We cannot guarantee order cancellation requests OR address update requests made to orders processing and will not be be responsible for packages shipped per the order address but under request to edit from the receiver.
Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.
Warranty Policy
Damaged In Transit
Any package damaged / missing item(s) due to transit will be reported to the carrier and we will initiate an inspection process for insurance purposes. Please provide photo evidence of the package within 7 days from the date delivered.
Items picked up at a carrier service space with issues need to be addressed at that carrier office prior to initiating a warranty request.
Fabric Disclaimer and Cleaning Instructions
Marino Kids guarantees all products to be manufacturer defects-free! If you believe you have received a defective item, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of purchase at sales@marinokids.com, with your order number and photo evidence of the defect for us to use to analyze and correct any potential issues.
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, pilling, shrinking, or damage from outside forces.
When washing our items, we recommend a gentle detergent and no bleach.

- turn clothing inside out to decrease any pilling
To ensure the longevity of our items, we do not recommend using the dryer. Instead, hang dry or lay the item flat to dry. If the dryer is preferred, we recommend to tumble dry low, however, please note minimal shrinking may occur.
If you need to remove wrinkles, we highly recommend using a steamer. Do not use an iron. A steamer can gently eliminate wrinkles without the risk of damaging the fabric, unlike an iron, which may leave marks on garments.
*We are not responsible for any damages that may result from your washing routine or stain treatment. The use of chemical treatments, stain pens, or aggressive scrubbing can weaken, discolor, or damage the fabric, and such issues are not considered manufacturing defects covered under our warranty.
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident that your item is made with care and will withstand standard wear and tear if our care instructions are followed.
If we determine that an item is defective, we provide free return labels for replacement or refund.
